Every year my husband goes a little crazy with planting Zucchini. This year we have four plants and so we are overly blessed with zucchini

we got zucchini too and we eat it almost every dinner. i cube it and put a little olive oil in a pan and fry. i use some herbs to make it tasty. fresh dill is yummy on it and rosemary and thyme. right before eating, i put on a plate and top with crumbled feta cheese...yummy
